Privacy policy
Calculator form values are processed in your browser. PayrollFixPro does not operate an account system or a database for calculator values. The site does use third-party analytics and advertising technology, as explained below.
Calculator inputs
Inputs such as salary, hours, rates, age range, or contribution assumptions are read by JavaScript in the page to produce the result. They are not intentionally sent to a PayrollFixPro server or saved to a PayrollFixPro user profile. Do not enter names, government identifiers, bank details, employee records, or other identifying information.
Google Analytics
PayrollFixPro uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as page visits, approximate geography, device type, and interactions. Google may set or read identifiers and process technical information under its own terms and privacy documentation. Calculator field values are not intentionally configured as analytics events.
Google AdSense
The site includes Google AdSense verification and advertising code. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, or similar technologies to deliver, limit, measure, and protect advertising. Ads may not appear on every page or during site review. Users can review Google's advertising and privacy controls through Google account and advertising settings.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is delivered through GitHub Pages and related internet infrastructure. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, and error logs needed to deliver and protect the service.
Correction reports
Reports submitted through the public issue tracker are public. Do not include confidential payroll data or personal information. The issue platform processes account and request data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies using browser controls, use content-blocking tools, and avoid submitting a public correction report. Blocking scripts may affect analytics, advertising, or calculator behavior.
Changes
This policy will be updated when the site's data practices or third-party services materially change.
